Svetlana has been a critical part of CMS’ ESRD Networks program for over 15 years, overseeing data training, accuracy, and compliance of dialysis facilities and transplant centers on both coasts. Nationally recognized as an EQRS subject matter expert, she was first to develop and deploy an ESRD learning management system for dialysis facilities, and to geographic map ESRD patient demographics to identify areas for analytical focus.
