Agata Roszkowski, LMSW, CPXP, is an experienced social work and healthcare professional with more than 25 years of experience in patient advocacy, program management, and community support. Her work in the kidney care community focuses on supporting patients and families, strengthening emergency preparedness, developing patient-centered educational resources, and collaborating with dialysis providers, ESRD Networks, and national stakeholders. Agata is passionate about ensuring that the patient and family voice is represented in healthcare programs and resources while helping individuals navigate challenges related to kidney disease, access to care, and emergency situations.
