His expertise includes national emergency preparedness, incident response, business continuity, critical infrastructure resilience, and continuity of care for patients with end-stage renal disease. He has coordinated extensively with CMS, ESRD Networks, dialysis providers, emergency management agencies, public health departments, healthcare coalitions, and federal response partners. Tom holds a Master of Science in Homeland Security and Emergency Management and is dedicated to strengthening healthcare resilience and reducing disruptions to life-sustaining dialysis care.
